Order Processing Times

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (ACST/ACDT) on business days will be processed and shipped from our facility the same day where possible.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Adelaide time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note that during high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
